Saturday 10th July...

Is the date of my 1st event of 2021 in my home town of Stony Stratford.  I can't wait.

A 'Made in Stony' event - with over 20 stalls (of Stony based artisans & selected 'guest' artisans from the local area); all selling handcrafted & unique art, crafts & foods. I am making sure that my stall is near the handmade chocolate stall (the perk of being Chair). Pop along & say hello!

Last few days of the exhibition...

After a great time at the Living Crafts' event in Hatfield, I will be stewarding at the art exhibition at Gawcott Church tomorrow & Wednesday.

The exhibition ends this Sunday (27th June).

Below is a photograph of 'Seascape' - a framed 'painting' with glass on glass (frame not shown in photograph). I am taking it to the exhibition tomorrow to replace a piece that I have sold.

Less than 8 weeks!!

Don't panic... It is less than 8 weeks until the Living Crafts' 4 day event at Hatfield House Park, so I am busy creating new pieces for you. I am looking forward to getting out there & meeting you all again. Hopefully the weather will be kind to us too. At the last Living Crafts' event, in May 2019, it hailed!

Here are 2 smaller pate de verre dishes, finished with 24ct gold leaf.  They will be coming with me to the Living Crafts' event.

Hatfield Park - for 4 days

I have been busy replenishing my artworks at the Bucks Art Weeks' exhibition in Gawcott Church & getting ready for 4 days at the Living Crafts' event, in the grounds of Hatfield House, starting Thursday 17th June.  I will be in the 'Ash' Pavilion.

Tickets & details from www.livingcrafts.co.uk

P.S. One of my favourite paintings is in Hatfield House.  The Rainbow Portrait by Isaac Oliver, c. 1600.  I love the iconography in the painting.
